Tomb Raider Game Review
Tomb Raider was and still is in essence a fantastic game created for the Playstation in the mid nineties, with the generously proportioned and top heavy heroine, Lara Croft scouring ancient sites for relics and antiquities. This slot representation however, is loosely based not only around those original games, but also the Hollywood versions of the same name, which unfortunately, failed to represent the essence and beauty of the original honestly and accurately.
The symbols in this Tomb Raider Slot representation of the Tomb Raider games focus on some of the more memorable relics Lara has collected over the years, in this Slot spin-off that features scatter cards (Lara Croft), wild cards (Tomb Raider logo) and bonus games.
The overall look of the game is authentic enough to the originals, even if the reel symbols themselves look a little extravagant or out of place for the game. Playtech games will be Playtech games so it would unfair to criticize the overproduced letters pictured on some of the reels, and generally the pros do outweigh the cons.
Jackpots of 30,000 coins or 10,000 coins for collecting five or four Lara Croft symbols respectively make the game well worth playing and for those fans of the original series, ideally before the reboot this year, Tomb Raider Slots is a must try and can be found in most Playtech powered casinos. Even for players with no knowledge of Lara Croft or Tomb Raider, and there won’t be many, you should still find it puzzling and lovable whether you hit the jackpot or not.
